The servers are down right now. Estimated fix time is about half an hour.
The servers are back up but there is a problem right now with the latest heroes displaying wrongly as low end, generic heroes. The devs are working on getting the right display back.

I already wanted to complain “where is my mythical wolf for the event” and “why do I have six Rimeholm defender instead”)

Heroes should be back to looking themselves again now.
