The ability Curse of Ancients now reduces Physical and Magic as follows:

Level 1: -20k
Level 2: -25k
Level 3: -30k
Level 4: -40k

So other buff and debuff abilities should be adjust to suit nowaday heroes like Curse of Ancients right?
