There are the old ones, launched by JuiceBox, that you pull with your blue prize stones from guild events. Very old by now. The others are pulled with special runes you get from dragon raids. There is no list at the time but you should not be in doubt if you have used one of the dragon runes to summon a raid hero. The hero is also marked with a special booster sign, when you check the card.
