What happens to unused Event Runes after the event ends? - Loverboy- - 03-30-2026
Hey everyone, I’ve been getting back into HonorBound lately and had a question about Event Runes.
What happens if you don’t use your Event Runes before the event ends? Do they get converted into something else? If so, what do they convert into, and is there a limit to the compensation? Or do they just disappear?
Just want to make sure I don’t waste anything

Up to three event runes are converted to Elite Runes (save them for the Phasmer Takeover in April and October). The rest are lost.

So just to confirm. if I have around 10–20 Event Runes left, I would only receive a single Elite Rune after conversion, which mean there's no point in saving more than 3 of the event runes. Is that correct?

If you have more then three event runes left, you will still only get three Elite runes.
