In some cases, you can't download Honorbound from the Android play store. You can still play the game, though.
If you contact Support, https://forum.honorboundgame.com/thread-20.html, they can send you an apk-file so you can install Honorbound for Android directly.

"I can't seem to get Honorbound from the Play Store; I'm having the same problem. When applications are unavailable, it is annoying. Has anyone discovered a workaround or another source?

I believe there are simulator softwares you can use.
