If you missed a week's bonus, they will add you to a list so you can claim it at the end of the season if you need it.
Thank you for the response. I actually didn’t receive any ticket number or auto-reply email at all after submitting my support request. I also tried contacting support through the website, but I still haven’t received anything back. Does that mean my ticket may not have gone through properly? Should I try submitting it again through another method? Thank you.
