Arena Reward Issue – Missing Trophies & Zero Bonus Payout?

How long does support usually take to respond? I reached 99th place in Arena, but the system only gave me 70k trophies as a reward.
I’ve also heard there may be an issue where certain rankings receive a zero bonus payout, preventing players from reaching the reward threshold. If that happens, do the developers provide any form of compensation?

Support should reply within 24 hours. Make sure you received an auto reply with a ticket number. If you didn't, Support didn't get your ticket and you can try one of the other ways to contact them, https://forum.honorboundgame.com/thread-4.html

If you missed a week's bonus, they will add you to a list so you can claim it at the end of the season if you need it.

Thank you for the response. I actually didn’t receive any ticket number or auto-reply email at all after submitting my support request. I also tried contacting support through the website, but I still haven’t received anything back. Does that mean my ticket may not have gone through properly? Should I try submitting it again through another method? Thank you.
