Hi All,
We sometimes receive tickets related to a sudden drop in players' diamond balance when they reload the game.
In most cases, this occurs in the following manner:
1. Player watches a video ad to collect diamonds
2. Player attempts to click the "Claim" button several times while the dialog is open to collect the reward multiple times
3. The diamond balance is shown to increase for each click
4. BUT THE DIAMONDS ARE NOT ACTUALLY AWARDED
5. When the player logs out and logs back in, the correct diamond balance is shown (leading the player to conclude the diamonds vanished)
We're sorry, but we won't be able to replace diamonds that vanished in the manner, as this elevated balance is the result of a display bug.
