I believe The Primeval has the highest PL of all of the 7k ones so I would strongly advice to wait for that one.
Weekly Arena rewards is the best way to farm Summoning Emblems. Bronze boxes can give 70, Silver boxes can give 700, Gold I'm not sure but I think it's just a smaller loot pool which also can be 700.
I only play about 3 battles vs squads worth 500 Honor. The 1500 Honor I get weekly is enough for the weekly Honor bonus of ~9m and it takes less than 2 min for me to do all 3 battles. I only receive 2 bronze and 1 silver box by doing the bare minimum but it's enough to sometimes get lucky and to easily keep up with the full Arena Season rewards which includes one commander of 155PL and another by the end with 270PL.
The Arena boxes very often drops essence which is extremely helpful to level up new heroes, event heroes and especially commanders to use as free Arena Energy due to every time a commander levels up it replenish all energy.
The Phasmer event which is around mid April and October lets you use Elite Runes with a great pool of heroes including commanders. Some are REALLY good. When I was just starting out I got one with both Capture and Furious Roar which was extremely helpful during my time grinding the Campaign for the first time and learning about the game. If only I knew back then that heroes from event rewards were so power crept that I could've just lowballed an event and used that insane hero in my squad instead of trying to capture Naema over and over lmao
