Summoning emblems

I have recently unlocked the ability to summon a commander but I need the emblems and idk how to get them, what's the best way and when I get enough what's a good starting commander for a newer player

I just got back from the game and I did not even know about the weekly boxes you mentioned. May I know the name of the box please? There are many type of boxes, some take 30mins and another for 60mins to unlock in research. Thank you in advance!

They are called Bronze, Silver and Gold boxes. You can't tell which ones have emblems in them.
