It looks like there may be an issue with evolving the leg archer event hero from 2* to 3*. If you can't make that work, please contact Support so they can help you, https://forum.honorboundgame.com/thread-20.html.

Looks like a 'fix' is ready: Once you evolve the archer and the scarab to 2* where they can't evolve any further, they will now have 4* stats so you don't need to evolve any further than 2*.

Also, we get double up of threshold runes in the Assault as an apology.
