The collection prize The Scarlett Grinner has been upgraded to a 3* mythic. The epics in the collection have been reset so what epics you summoned in the past do not count.

You can claim The Scarlet Grinner by adding friends (using their friend codes). You get +1 favor pr day for friends that didn't log in that day and +5 favor for friends that did. You need 400 favors to summon once from the favor collection. To claim the mythic prize once, you have to complete the collection of 10 heroes (you don' need to keep them in your library).

Notice: your favor points now show in your library as Special Summoning Rune. 

IMPORTANT! At this time the old collection that will give you a legendary Scarlet Grinner is still up. You'll want this one that says 'Mythic Grinner'. Also note that while the icon is a rune, it is set up to use favor points.

As we all know, you can't remove a commander from your account. But Support can help with removing the commanders listed below (the ones that cannot be summoned). For other commanders, doubles can be removed.

You must write to support@honorboundgame.com from the email that is registered as login for the account.
- include your account name and the exact names (copied from the list below) of the commanders you want removed.
- Be sure the comm has gear equipped that you don't need.
- Support will ask for your confirmation before the commanders are removed. Once you have confirmed, the commanders will be gone for good.

Contact Support at email support@honorboundgame.com to get name change or have account cleared of multiple logins. Support will make a copy of your account and close the old one.

1) You must write to support@honorboundgame.com from the email that is registered as login for the old account.
2) You must have made a new account and registered it with an email. Include the exact name of your old account as well as the exact name of your new account.
3) Your arena honor will be set to zero when the account is copied.
4) The original account will be disabled.
5) Support has the right to reject offensive names.

Please note that name changes may have longer process time than usual, depending on how busy Support is.

In connection with posting a very short guide to the game for the many new players we are seeing in the game, I am adding this post where we can all give tips to new players - what did you wish you had known when you started out?
