When Lunadrial came out, its stats were updated after an extensive review. Unfortunately this update only ever kicked in on one platform, no matter what the devs tried. The only solution left is for you to contact Support if you want Lunadriel exchanged if it looks like this (perfect evolve)

The Mask and The Watcher have been prizes in a later solo. So there is a chance that Lunadriel also will be at some point. As for dragon characters, they are rare but they do happen.
